The Southern Gong and Drum Lane(Nanluoguxiang Lane) is also one of the most famous hutong areas in Beijing. It consists of 16 hutongs in shape of a fishbone or a centipede. It was formed in the Yuan Dynasty (AD.1267).
Then you will visit Yonghegong Lama Temple, which was a residence for Emperors Yongzheng and Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty. It was built in the 33rd year of Kangxi’s reign (1694) and was changed into a Emperor’s palace in the 3rd year of Yongzheng’s reign (1725). In the 9th year of Qianlong’s reign (1744), it became a temple of the Lama Buddhist sect.
Then you will see the lovely giant pandas at Pandas' House in Beijing Zoo. On the way back to the downtown, you will have a exterior visit of the Olympic Stadiums. Take you back to the hotel after the tour.
