We have contacted China tour for a two days private tour in Beijing just a week before our arrival in Beijing. They replied to us very quickly and organized one of the best tour we had in our life. Horrible, I will never use this service again. From start to finish they were a pain to work with. First they said the could not purchase two of my train tickets, then when I asked for a refund, they suddenly could. The tickets were not delivered when I arrived at my hotel and I had to spend a few hours of my vacation tracking down my train tickets. Worst of all, I booked a ticket in a soft sleeper weeks before my trip, than days before I was told they could only get a hard seat. I rearranged my trip to take an earlier train so I could have a soft seat and when I arrived at the train I discovered I was booked in a hard seat. This ruined days of my trip. I also reported tilhis to them and I haven’t received an apology or a resolution. Never use this service...

Right now I’m still awaiting a refund of 52 CNY from Reservation Number: 175884. I’m also waiting for a refund of 1469 CNY from Reservation Number: 175883 I was told I’d receive my refunds 4 weeks ago. At this point I’m going to have to get the authorities involved if I’m not going to get back my money. I’d look to book with someone else...

Works well if you don't cancel tickets. Cancelled tickets are lost money, as the money are not returned to your credit card...
