Easy booking and correct info. But will be better if booking number can explain in Chinese whrn pick up ticket at train office...
It was kind of hit and miss experience. Could be made more customer friendly especially for people unfamiliar with China..
It was very stress full to get the tickets from the Beijing office, they want my address in Chinese. Sorry if I order tickets at a English internet side, than I mean that they can translate the address. At they end I pick up my tickets self. Her was also not so nice, I get the address but no hint that the office is in a side street. I'm not happy with the service from your company...
Service for booking is very good and easy. The deliveries to the hotels was okay, too. But we were also surprised that we didn't get our tickets for Hanzhou - Huangshan and Xiamen - Guanzhou, due to the peak hollidayweek. Hope you will return the amounts for these tickets, which we have payed. Travelling in your trains and the whole organisation in the railwaystations was really great. We shall come back !..
Unfortunately I just got tickets for 1/3 of my confirmed Reservation. On top of that chinatour.net is more expensive than comparing Ticketsellers..
Unfortunately I need to cancel my travel and there were not issues with getting money back for booked tickets. For sure next time I will book tickets with you as well...
We booked in your agency soft sleeper train tickets many months before the trip, but finaly we received just hard sleeper. And, this we discovered only 2 weeks before the train - when we started ask your agency "where are our tickets?" Before it nobody from you contacted us......
CONGRATULATIONS, THE SERVICE AND THE TRAIN WAS PERFECT. IT WAS ROUND TRIP BEIJIN-XIAN-BEIJIN. ONLY I RECOMEND TO PUT SOME SINGS TO FIND THE COUNTER TO GET THE TICKET, BECAUSE I WAS A LITTLE BIT DIFICULT TO GET THE BOARDING PASS IN BEIJIN NORTH ESTATION..
