This is a very convenient way to book your train tickets. Much better than queuing at the station. Never estimate the thousands of people commuting daily. If you cannot read Chinese, this service will save you a lot of time searching your way at the stations. They will deliver your tickets to your hotel. Two facts to note is that you may not get the time of booking with the class of travel that you want. They offered us alternative times that affected other scheduled plans. By booking way ahead didn't help as the tickets are issued 1 month prior to travel only. So prepare for changes...

While the purchase and checkout process was smooth, I realised when I got to the station that the ticket attendants had no idea how to process my ticket. The confirmation number given in the e-ticket does not work on the Chinese machines. There are no instructions on how to input a passport, not a chinese ID card. I had to go to the ticket window to collect paper ticket, with the confirmaiton code which begin with E, and the passports in order to collect the paper tickets...
Thanks a lot for the delivery. However, I´m not satisfied on your system. It maybe I done something wrong, but if not, I feel it`s not fair I must pay delivery costs for every four tickets. I made all reservations separately when I couldn`t find any way to book more than one ticket at the same time and delivered in the same address. Is it possible or not. Please, reply. Rgds Heikki..
