Was not happy as tickets were cancelled due my inability’ to send copies of my family passports I was given tickets in the next train which was 10 hours to Guangzhou instead of the 8 hours I bought..

I made a booking and made a payment on 10/01/19 for a train on 18/06/19. The tickets could not be purchased until 60 days before departure. ChinaTour.net obviously forgot to purchase my tickets on time and only came back to me 21 days before travel to say this train was booked out. They put me on a different train that took an additional hour and a half. They offered no apology for their sloppy service...
I buy a train ticket. It was alright, I receive the confirmation straight away on my email but I've forgot to put my second name on it so I asked for a name change and the price was so high compare to my ticket original price. I ask to do not do the change and I have wait 24hours before an answer from ChinaTour. They just reply "ok, got it". Very not professional. So disappointed by China tour. I don't really recommend...
