I have a very bad experience with your company services. I had tried many times to request for a refund for the ticket that have never been issued due to name mismatched. I have requested your company to cancel the order immediately when you informed me about the situation but you still go ahead to charge my credit card. It’s been a month now and I still have not received my refund back even I have sent several emails to your customer service and had no response from your company at all. Was able to book a high speed rail pass in China from Shanghai to Beijing days in advance having never visited the country . Schedules were accurate and only had to pickup tickets at station. Great website!..
Very good process, easy to use and avoid any miss communication with Chinese agent. The only issue we have had is when we tried to change the train at the rail station (to get an earlier train). The agent didn't understand and was saying that we had to buy other tickets and thereafter make a request for reimbursement with China tour. We finally didn't make the change, but it was not user-friendly. Other than that, it was very helpfull...

It was a Bad expirience. Due to changings of schedule by cjina tours, we decided at laest to cancel the trip to pingjiao. So we lost the Money for the Tickets and the hotel in Pingijao and we had to pay an extra night in Beijing. We cant say anything positive About China tour net. Hartmut an Volker..
