Booked train tickets through ChinaTour and had them delivered to my hotel in Guangzhou everything went smoothly and can highly recommend ChinaTour..
My ticket was sent back for no reason that I could tell. I tried to reschedule it was denied. App said Deal Done. I don’t know what that means. My colleague and I both had to take a plane from Nanjing to Tianjin because our train tickets were messed up. foMy travel colleague’s tickets were completely messed up and he had to take a plane from Tianjin to Biejing because his reservations were messed up. He arrived VERY late in the night which was a real problem for him because he had an early flight the next morning. I had to take a plane from Nanjing to Tianjin because my ticket was sent back. All of this has extremely troubling since we were traveling in China. I have not received credit for the ticket that was sent back and thus unuseable by me. I REALLY need that credit for that unused ticket. Overall I think this app service SUCKED!!! We will not be using it again!!..
Overall the service was good. However, we didn't get some tickets we had ordered, and paid for, three months in advance. Also, we were not told that there was a charge for the printing of the tickets. We unexpectedly had to pay 180 Hong Kong dollars for our tickets to be printed! Quite unusual!..
We booked our train far in advance with China Tour and it worked very well. Documents were send on time to our Hotel..
Very nice and convenience way of booking the train tickets while you were in the rush. Only issue is you cant book it while or after you landed in China because obly wechat worked in China and this is great to work with google. Not sure if chinatour.net has an apps that i wasnt aware but yeah an app would be super helpful..
