It would be even easier to travel by train if the booking confirmation received via email could be then used to board the train. Unfortunately one must obtain a paper ticket in the train station, which might require considerable wait...

Despite having receiving an email confirming overnight train ticket 3 weeks prior to train trip email recieved stating ticket no longer avaliable and refund would be provided or other train option. Other train arrival time inappropriate for our needs so refund requested. Still awaiting refund 2 weeks later and contact regarding same has stopped..

The train itself was great and my ticket arrived eventually but the lead up to getting my ticket was horrible. I received an email saying they couldn't find my hotel booking to deliver the ticket and then when I responded I never got another email back. I tried to contact them via wechat, email, phone call, no answer at all. Very poor service...

The service its ok, but cool be better, the staff take time to confirm the tickets and sometimes what you booked is not available anymore, also the staff doesn't speak very well English so its difficult to understand when you call them....
