I tried to get tickets to and from shanghai to Jinhua. The ticket there worked perfectly, but on the way back they kept on canceling my ticket saying it was no longer available and I eventually just got one on a different site... it was partially my fault because I waited last minute to get them and many of the trains were sold out but I still wish they gave me the ticket they sold me or told me earlier they couldn’t get it so I didn’t have to panic and buy a new one the day of the train ride...

There were delays in replying for my queries. Also I noticed that other online companies go through all details of passports and try to help with my requests prior to biking the tickets to minimize mistakes. I did not find the same here. Also did not find much help in cancellation and change I had to do it myself at the station. I am still awaiting for the refund of cancelled tickets...

i paid for the ticket which i could not but, such a nonsense system, they charged me for the full train, made my res first, and then send me a message saying that the train i booked is full and recommend another train which its time was not suitable for me, i send a message back stating its not ok!!! they still charge the 2 people business class ticket without sending unsuitablle trains tickets!!! never again..
