Very aesy to work with. The booking went very well and the ticket pick up was efficient, espacially with the printout translated in chinese. The only disapointment is that on my first reservation, I had made a mistake on the date and I flagged it just a few hours after the reservation and long before the tickets were printed and to make the modicitaion, there was a fee of 20$ USD per tickets wich I found to be too much - Eric..

Everything was ok. Unless for one ticket that I Booked in advance and you couldnt get the ticket i ordered because I think you buy it late because it wasnt busy season..

when my debit did not work, the response to chat was fast as they cancel previous booking and I made a new one. No errors. Only 1 problem, we travel in party of 3. the 1st leg Fuzhou to Wuyishan, the ticket lady put us 3 cars apart, 2 in cabin 1 and one in cabin 4. I forgot top check when i collect ticket and found out too late when at the gate...
