On plus of the editted price of the ticket on the webside there was an higher deduction of USD on my credit card account. The edited price in USD was charged in CHF for a poor exchange rate. as ecample USD 30.00 was charged as CHF 31.90. and USD 80.00 was charged at CHF 85.50. Exchange rate really bad...
The booking of Trains was good except for the booking of one train trip that was no longer available. I do not understand why ChinaTour did the booking and took my payment, and then came back to me later and told me that this train was no longer available. Why did you not check this train was available before making the booking and taking my payment ? I am also still waiting for the full refund of my payment money for this trip, which was agreed would be made by ChinaTour !..

Chinatour was always very quick in responding, offered alternatives if a train was sold out and booking was very easy. The information in English provided on the ticket was very helpful. We collected our tickets (for four different journeys) at the first station which was very convenient the rest of our trip. We could skip every line and walk straight through to security. I would certainly recommend Chinatours!..
I booked sleeper train tickets early here online but were not available yet by the train company. ChinaTour didn\'t book it as soon as they became available so my family ended up on different cabins...
