Easy to book and good info. Very comfy and easy to get around with train. Just be sure to have enough time at the stations. Easy to manage all tickets in my account, if you are having several trips with train. I love the bullet train, and the normal train for sleeping is great.

We suggest booking train ticket in advance especially for passengers who had not verified passport yet, because passport verification is required by new policy and it takes 3-5 business days.
China Train Ticket New Policy: Passenger's passport information must be verified in railway system before getting E-ticket, unverified passenger can not cancel/change ticket online. We help all our customers verify passports manually. Once your passport verification passed, you can checkin China trains with passport, pass auto-gate and change/cancel ticket online.
Ticket Open for Sale Date: China train ticket can be issued within 15 days before the departure date. You can make a pre-booking earlier, we will issue ticket immediately after the 'open for sale time'.
From 2023, only E-Tickets are issued for China trains, no need collect paper ticket anymore. After E-ticket confirmed by email, passengers only need passport to checkin.
Make sure you reach the train station at least one hour before the departure time, because the train ticket is Not refundable if you missed your train (after the departure time).
Before the departure date, you can change or cancel ticket in "My Bookings".
Change: you can change the depart date and time before the departure time, and you can only change once.
Cancel: If more than 15 days before the depart date, cancellation fee: 15% of total. If less than 15 days before dapart date, cancellation fee: 30% of total. Hong Kong train tickets charge higher cancellation fee: 30% - 50% of total.
After the departure time, the train ticket can Not be refunded. (within two hours after the departure time, you can only ask for change or refund in the train station ticket office by yourself)
What if I missed my train?
The only way is to goto the train station ticket office window, to change to other available trains in the same day (which departs before 24:00PM).
Remember the train tickets are non-refundable after the departure time, so please plan enough traffic time for getting to the train station, and enough time for collect ticket in ticket office window.
