The booking system was good but I had to ask why confirmation of one booking hadn't been received. Apparently that train had been cancelled but I was not notified of this until I actually asked about it...

Bought the train ticket, printed it off. They also had the print off translated in Chinese, so the ticket office could understand which ticket I needed. Very easy service. Will use again..

Very pleased with China tour service in regards to booking my train ticket from Beijing to Xi'an. The sign with "print my ticket please" in chinese was an excellent idea. Since we travelled at 6.30 in the morning we found no traffic going to the station and no crowds at the station. First class was very comfortable and worth the money...
I booked four soft sleepers for our family with two underage children in September 2019 travelling on 04.01.2020. I was told that the tickets would be issued within 30 days from the date we travel. I emailed China Tour on 07.12.2019 as no tickets were issued. When I did get the tickets, I noticed that our family have been split into two cabins - one was for No. 6 and 8 and the other two are for No. 22 and 24. All upper sleepers. I was hoping our family of four could have one cabin. When I rang up China Tour, they advised me that there is nothing they can do, because the China train E-tickets were issued by the railway E-system automaticly which can Not be controlled which seat to choose. They said If you choose to issue paper ticket and deliver paper ticket to your hotel, you can choose seat, because in that way the tickets will be issued manually...
