Due to wrong ID in train booking Beijing-Shanghai (NOT MY MISTAKE, i sent scan of ID) i had problems with getting a ticket. To correct this mistake i paid 150 yuan and than again 150 yuan to recieve tickets for both passengesr in 1 train ( as appeared AFTER additional payment during changing ID no tickets left on booked in advance train! So changes were needed for other passenger ( not free of charge). Money for canceled booking (1 day before departure) Guangzhou-Hong Kong were not returned...
