We purchased all tickets online before flying to China, from Beijing to Yichang and then from Wuhan to Shenzhen. Very easy to get real ticket, just show passport and voucher to the ticket counter at station and they print final tickets. Just go to the station well in advance, at least one hour, as it take time to pass all chekings. High speed train have special reserved counters...

For some unknown reason we were able to purchase only one way tickets, we would appreciate if they made it possible to purchase return tickets in one go. I had only one problem. Invoice I got from system had a lot of clerical errors. They didn't answer any of my messages sent by email or Messenger. So I think if you will have any other problem, you will face same problems to contact them...
