Fast train is perfect, except in the 4 x times we took that train...the toilet was not clean to high standard...it was a pity...the waitress should make sure...toilet must be in the standard of a First Class...it was not the case......
I have already sent you a review. To repeat, I would rate your service 2 out of 5: 1/ Poor delivery of the tickets to hotel. Both hotel & myself have to chase you on the delivery. 2/ On booking, I requested specific seats on the train. If this cannot be done, please inform me quickly. Don't just keep quiet - this is not good customer service. 3/ Communication with customers should be further improved. Sometimes, there is no reply to my emails e.g. my review to you when I got back to my country. As I have said, I will have re-think if I want to use your service again. I hope you give me a reply to this review...
We booked a number of trains when we were in China. Most were fine but when we booked one train from Shanghai to Beijing there was no ticket booked for us despite lots of phone calls prior to journey asking for confirmation and being told twice that it had been booked. This made us very frustrated with China Tour as it caused us lots of hassle at the station. It took us a few weeks to receive our money back too...
