Even though booking was a bit complicated, as the tickets couldn´t be obtained online due to changes in chinese booking system, everything worked perfectly well. Tickets were sent to our first hotel and we got them in paper form from hotel staff on arrival. ChinaTour.net customer service was very helpful. Cost for sending paper tickets was quite low (4usd per booking)..

"On August , I booked 2 train tickets through China Tour net website travelling from Chengdu to Xian for my trip in November. I also arranged for it to be delivered to my hotel . Everything was very smooth and in fact they delivered the tickets much earlier due to the 11.11 sale period and they were afraid the courier may be delayed. I was also given the telephone number and was able to contact the staff concern and everything was very smooth. This is the 3rd time I m using their service and there are NO problem at all. Very reliable service and I also avoided having to go to the train station much earlier to collect the tickets as sometimes the Q in the station is unpredictable.
