great train ride ..... very comfortable. one caution - during one ride in Business class, the attendant should serve us drinks and snack but she did not until we asked her and we only got a drink. (she was on the hand phone) The other business class ride was good, the attendant was great and she did all the right things - we enjoyed the ride. Thank you. I will bring more friends next time...
It was difficult and wasting time to print a paper ticket at ticket counter in Hongkong West Kowloon station, and printing fee required. The officer at ticket counter didn\'t want to help me. Hi, we loved the experience. However, the limitations was the inseat video and entertainment system. No English. We communicated ok with staff. The train was punctural, however stopped many more times than advertised. The booking system is poor. Have a look at any airline web page for booking a seat. This is what your company needs to achieve for the High Speed Train system. This method of transport in China is good, my group can speak a little mandarine...

Very Good service but via We Chat! I am very happy with their service but... I requested one train ticket from here with a bit of fear that if that is reliable or not. But this is really good option for purchasing Chinese train ticket online. But interestingly sometimes they forget your online request and only wakes up if you remind them via WeChat. Another problem was getting ticket counter in the station. I found one volunteer outside station who can speak English, she helped me a lot finding the ticket counter. Overall, they are completely reliable and very helpful, if you ping them in WeChat!..

Very bad experience with the person in-charge 杨女士 (phone: 18810018526). I had made my payment on 21 Mar and 22 Mar for the Ticket from Chengdu to Xi-an (13 Apr); Xi-An to Chengdu (14 Apr) for 1st Class Seat. She had missed my booking. Despite of many emails and phone calls, she had never responsed to me. When I reached Chengdu JW Marriot Hotel, the Concierge managed to get the in-charge contact which was told is 杨女士. She then told me, my ticket has not issue, and all the 1st class ticket had been booked for Xi-An to Chengdu on the schedule i booked. She offered to book 2nd class ticket and promised for the refund. But has no news and no refund to my account until today 27 Apr. I\'m very disappointed with this experience and will request to the refund of the difference and the service charge for the delivery of the ticket to my hotel as this had caused so much problem during my trip to Chengdu. The bullet train experience from Chengdu to Xiam was easier than expected and gave us the opportunity to see some of the countryside in a leisurely but fast way. The only negative was that our ticket said that we had to book in 2 hours before departure which was way too early only needing to be there 45-30 minutes before departure. The train in China is an experience. We took the sleeptrain from Beijing to Hohhot. Becareful wit booking that you dont make mistakes in the number of your paspoort. You can cancel and then buy a new ticket but you wont get your place from your first ticket. Also ask of it is possible to sit in one coupe. And ask of they can book the lower en the upper bed. Aboutaleb the tickets. The first time we picked the tickets up at the station. The second time China Tour brought the tickets to the hotel. A lot easier. A great experience !!..
