We booked a couple of trains some time before our travel. They told us, that the tickets can be confirmed only some days before the actual traveldate. Some of the trains were already booked by that time so we had to change the times a little. One train was cheaper than the one we first booked (and payed for). They promised a refund but we never actually got our money back. We wrote three mails but got no response (and of course no money)!..
We bought two train tickets for Kunming-Lijian through their website and indicated the hotel in Shanghai where the tickets were to be delivered. We called their office from our hotel in Shanghai and the tickets came two days before leaving for Kunming. However, we do not know whether the call was necessary or not...
I booked a ticket on 28/4/19 and my credit card was charged. I received an email saying my reservation would be confirmed within 10 minutes to 24 hours. I did not receive any other email, and when I arrived at the station, I did not have a ticket reserved. I have contacted China Tour and they responded only with "we sent you an email". I am very disappointed that I paid for a service that I did not receive...

I made a booking and made a payment on 10/01/19 for a train on 18/06/19. The tickets could not be purchased until 60 days before departure. ChinaTour.net obviously forgot to purchase my tickets on time and only came back to me 21 days before travel to say this train was booked out. They put me on a different train that took an additional hour and a half. They offered no apology for their sloppy service...
I buy a train ticket. It was alright, I receive the confirmation straight away on my email but I've forgot to put my second name on it so I asked for a name change and the price was so high compare to my ticket original price. I ask to do not do the change and I have wait 24hours before an answer from ChinaTour. They just reply "ok, got it". Very not professional. So disappointed by China tour. I don't really recommend...
