Web page was tricky at time of booking, It took few tries to get the tickets for the expected date. Good job explaining reservation has to match exactly names in passport to avoid fees related to reissue tickets. Convenient for booking, not very much that we had to pick up tickets in person at station..
Recommend the Business Class tickets - There were 5 seats in our own area closed off to the rest of the train and that suited our family of 5 perfectly...
