Despite having receiving an email confirming overnight train ticket 3 weeks prior to train trip email recieved stating ticket no longer avaliable and refund would be provided or other train option. Other train arrival time inappropriate for our needs so refund requested. Still awaiting refund 2 weeks later and contact regarding same has stopped..

The train itself was great and my ticket arrived eventually but the lead up to getting my ticket was horrible. I received an email saying they couldn't find my hotel booking to deliver the ticket and then when I responded I never got another email back. I tried to contact them via wechat, email, phone call, no answer at all. Very poor service...

We received the instructions by e-mail and the voucher to show it in chinese. Everything perfect. Make sure you arrive at the station early as there are several inmigration controls from Hong Kong to other stations...
My reservation number was 207295. I booked two tickets and paid by my credit card. The China TOUR officials never confirmed my reservation. I have been emailing several times asking for the confirmation. One week prior to the scheduled date I asked one of my Chinese friend to inquire about this as I can not speak Chinese. Then ticketing officers has said all tickets had been sold out. then my friend reserved two tickets for me from another train which was uncomfortable with my travel itinerary. How could it happened when I paid and reserved my tickets on that particular train? If I could not get the help from my Chinese friend, our whole trip would have been ruined. I have have booked hotels in Kunming. It was very disappointing. China Tour.NET should be more responsible towards their foreign customers...
