EXCEPT FOR THE RECENT EARTHQUAKE NEAR NEIJIANG REGION ON THE 18.12.2019, THE TRAIN WAS DELAYED FOR NEARLY 3 HOURS, OVERALL RIDE WAS SMOOTH AND PERFECT. WE ENJOYED THE RIDE. THE TRAIN WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. ONLINE BOOKING WAS EASY AND EFFICIENT. NO PROBLEM IN OBTAINING THE PRINTED TICKETS AT THE RAILWAY STATION UPON SHOWING THEM THE CONFIRMATION CODE. FRIENDLY STAFF . OUR TRIP WAS FROM CHONGQING TO CHENGDU AND RETURN ON THE SAME DAY 18.12.2019...

No warning that it takes between 10 minutes and 24hours to get the train ticket... After a phonecall ticket was issued within one houer so it was solved! Fee is quite high to handle the booking but that was clear before payment...
