China tours provided an excellent and reliable service. They delivered the tickets to our hotel as planned. The booking section of the website was user friendly and very easy to use. I would suggest that they extend the website to permit people to select their own seats. They should identify seats as many seats on the bullet trains have no view at all. Also an explanation of the way boarding works ie your ticket gives the carriage number which is marked on the platform and you queue there. A very good service for travel and also the river cruise which made our holiday in China very enjoyable..

We booked fast train tickets to Dali from Kunming and soft seats for normal train to Lijiang from Dali. ChinaTour efficiently delivered by emails the tickets before our trip to China. We were satisfied with their service. The fast train journey was pleasant and comfortable. However, the normal train trip was uncomfortable and unpleasant because we never got our soft seats we paid for. The train was changed to a sleeper train and we were squeezed into a cabin with four other passengers. As a result, three passengers sat on a sleeper bed on each side, making us feeling squeezed throughout the two over hours journey to Lijiang...
