Reservé en esta página 3 billetes de Beijing a Shanghai. Una pesadilla. No recomiendo...
No lo recomiendo. Me ha causado mucho estrés e incertidumbre comprar billetes en esta página. He reservado tres billetes online desde Beijing a Shanghai a través de esta página con dos meses de antelación. Según pasando los días, falta un mes para el viaje, no tenía sus noticias todavía. Consulté otras páginas, ví "agotado" el tren que reservé. Llamé por voz y según con quien hablaba me daba versiones diferentes. Llegó un momento pensaba que era una estafa. Sin billete y sin dinero ( cobra a la reserva, no después de emitir los billetes). Al final tuve que aceptar otro tren que no era del que reservé, más lento y con horario peor para mí. ¡Qué remedio hay! Ni he reclamado la diferencia de tarifa para no demora más la gestión. Y la deferencia de la tarifa se han quedado ellos...

I am still waiting on a refund from 3 months ago. They didn’t ever book our tickets so we were left stranded last minute and I stressfully spent over an hour on the phone until we just had to cancel and get a super expensive plane. They speak English but not well when it’s a crisis. They have not responded to any of the emails I have sent about where my refund is. I am VERY unhappy with my experience with them...

I was not happy, because tickets were not delivered at hotel. After few calls I got an e-ticket. Gave a lot of stress.....

3 train tickets were canceled by the company, not by us. They notified us of that only one night before and they called us saying that the money was going to be refunded. The money was never refunded. I tried calling and sending WeChat messages but no one never answered. Really bad customer service, I would like to get my money back. This happened the 1st of October, it's already been more than one month and still the money hasn't been refunded and no one has been answering our phone calls or our WeChat messages. I would appreciate if someone could get in touch with me. Thank you..
