We booked fast train tickets to Dali from Kunming and soft seats for normal train to Lijiang from Dali. ChinaTour efficiently delivered by emails the tickets before our trip to China. We were satisfied with their service. The fast train journey was pleasant and comfortable. However, the normal train trip was uncomfortable and unpleasant because we never got our soft seats we paid for. The train was changed to a sleeper train and we were squeezed into a cabin with four other passengers. As a result, three passengers sat on a sleeper bed on each side, making us feeling squeezed throughout the two over hours journey to Lijiang...

One time I ordered train tickets but they did not delivered them all. And I had a late check-in at my hotel so I couldn’t reach them anymore. I would give them a 5 if they did not make this mistake...
