While booking, the website is not clear about additional costs on top of the train ticket prices and the provision of information can be improved as it was difficult to get somebody on the phone when I got nervous because the tickets were delivered very late to my hotel. But in the end I got my tickets in time and had a very good train journey...
Service is fast, but my only issue is that rebooking ends up costing you, whilst at the train station it is free...
We booked our tickets on G13 train from Beijing to Suzhou many months ahead. Received an email from ChinaTour.NET saying that the tickets will be reserved one month ahead. One month before our trip again we received a message saying that the train is fully booked and offering a slow train for the same price. At the end we had to purches tickets from Beijing to Shanghai for an extra price. We are dissapointed, sorry...
