Very bad... have to buy new ticket because of letter N in front of passport number, on the way to China. Moreover withhold automaticly more then 30% from card for adding it, the ticket on tuturn become Gold.....
Unacceptable! After my reservation, I didn't receive any confirmation so I sent an email and no answer (despite many reminders sent to different email addresses) until I had to threat to cancel my payment. I finally received my tickets at the last minute, without any excuse...
Very easy process. China Net’s instructions for collecting tickets worked as it should. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again...
Excellent service!! If you follow the instructions Chinatour gives you it is very easy to get the tickets at the train station (by printing out and showing it). One extra tip: If you have more tickets for different trips: get them all printed out at the first pick-up. By doing so you will save lots of waiting time!!..
Great site/app to plan and book your travel in China. We maily used it for the high speed train tickets. The tickets were delivered directly to the hotels, even in to the ones “in the middle of nowhere”, on time and the status of the tickets could be followed on the app. A bit of language confusion when I called the Beijing office once, but also direct contact worked very well...

on in all, travelling with China Tour was perfect. If I may take this opportunity to ask a question. Due to misunderstanding of the time table , we missed the train going from Hong Kong to Guillin and hence we needed to buy new tickets. My question is whether you can re-embrace us the cost of the original tickets. We have traveled in China using your services and weer very satisfied from the punctuality and convenience.
