Hello I need the refund of the money because I followed his instructions and when I arrived at the office where they give the tickets and requested my passport and they checked they did not find the two reservations but only, the return from Xian to Beijing and for that reason I demand the refund of the money..

Our trip to Harbin was good even we should bought new ticket, and we wait refund ticket from Beijing to Harbin , they said in 2 weeks, still in a month ago we not get it yet..

At the trainstation they couldn’t find my booking so we missed the train! Had to buy new tickets. With 2 small kids this is very challenging plus it causes a lot of stress. Very dissapointed in the services of ChinaTour.Net!..

I booked train tickets, wait for many days but ChinaTour.Net did not send e- ticket for me. Then I canceled booking before 15 days depart time. Till now, more 1 month, but I do not get the refund. I sent many emails but ChinaTout only keep silent ! I am very disappointed to know that you react client like that. Now, I do not need ChinaTourNet to refund for me.
