While maybe not the booking company's fault the results were that even though we booked soft sleepers for an overnight train we ended up crammed into hard seats for 13 hours and were not notified of this until less than a month before our trip with no alternatives to change to. The return trip was as promised but this hardly mitigates the 13 hours of absolute agony we suffered on the way to our destination...
