A great one day tour starting with timely pickup from hotel by informative tour guide Tina. Visit to Ming Tomb was followed by a visit to a Jade factory where we also had a super Chinese lunch. We then visited the The Great Wall at Badaling provided with a cable car ( cost CNY 100) and involved a fair bit of climbing and walking. On the way back, wwitnessed a Tea Ceremony with sipping of 4 specialities. The tour took detours to show us some sights and drop us as chosen to shopping centres or hotels. Value for money outing with good English speaking guide and accommodative approach..
For one day, it was a comprehensive tour possible since lots of driving in busy Beijing traffic. We enjoyed a lot but returned with a feeling that we should have spent a little more time at the Great Wall of China. I suggest that the management should consider revising the time allocation. I also like to mention that we were supposed to be picked up at 7:10am but the tour van arrived an hour later...
Fantastic tour at a great rate. Kevin the tour guide was very informative and the driver very safe. We had an hour at the wall and Keven was informative at the Ming Tombs. The tea shop visit was interesting along with the jade factory. Lunch was plentiful and tasty. Great small tour to meet other travellers. Very good tour...
Lisa was AMAZING!! She arrived on time was so informative and her sense of humor was great. If she didn't know how to pronounce something in English she made sure to ask so as to not offend. She could not have any better and really made it worth while. Would use her and ask for by name upon my return..

I had been to another area of the wall before, but this was something else so dramatic. Also the Ming tombs are very interesting with a good history about their voyages and exploration in the 1420's...

Picked us up on time.But as the morning went on the tour guide/sales women lost interest in our small group of four! She just wanted to hurry us through as quickly as possible and catch her bus home! Lunch was ok.But all of our group unhappy with the guide who just kept pushing us to hurry up. It was supposed to be all day but only half. We went to a silk factory but it was closed. So she wanted us to all make our own way home. When we refused she went to catch her bus and left us with the driver who did drop us back to our hotels. I think she makes commission on sales and as we wernt buying wanted to rid of us ASAP. Wall was good. Tombs a waste of time...
This was supposed to be a full day tour. From the beginning both myself and the 3 others of our group felt rushed along, we were taken to a silk factory at the end but it was closed! She just wanted to drop us in the city and to get a taxi so she could catch the bus home. At the Ming tombs she kep telling us to hurry so didn't get time to read the English information boards. Felt a bit cheated. She really hurried us up. ☹️ Also changed the tour to wall to different section and got us. To sign this was ok. Still not sure if benefit for her/ driver or us !..

The trip was great. Communication was good, we called twice the day before the trip and set all the details. They picked up us in a hotel that many taxi drivers even couldnt find :D, no problem. Our tour guide Justin was great, giving many interesting details in general during the way (in good English - which was really pleasant after our first experiences in China :D). The journey was well-planned, we visited several places during the tour (jadeit factory, cloissone, typical chinese restaurant, great wall and ming tombs of course and teahouse), we never drove really long, so it was not tirying. Overall we reccomend this trip, it saved us time for planning the tour on our own and we visited places we'd probably not reach otherwise. Thanks for this nice trip :)..
We did the Great Wall and Ming Tombs Tour in April 2015, the mini bus picked us and another couple travelling with us, at 0730 and off we went a total of 7 tourists. Our guide Maggie was great spoke English with a slight American accent, showed us the Wall and Tombs and a lot more. Great day out back at hotel 1800.Would highly recommend this tour. Hope any one who books this tour gets Maggie, and the amazing moonlighting school bus driver who drives on the weekends, the traffic in Beijing is mental. Next day we did the Forbidden City Tour, bonus got Maggie and the same bus driver...
The tour and guide were well organized, and it was very nice that they considered the fact that is was a holiday, so they picked us up early and they brought us to a less touristic part of the wall. The lunch was simply perfect to, really above my expectations from organized tours! Along they way we made some extra stops at the jade- and silk factories, which for me would not have been necessary. They were a bit to commercial for me and they limited the time we could actually spend on the wall itself, which for me was the very reason i booked this tour. But taken all together it was a nice day, well organized with a very enthusiastic guide ;-)..
We booked the Great Wall and Ming Tombs online. Price was very reasonable and the tour was great. The Great wall was incredible! Our tour guide was very informative. The silk factory was a showroom (not a factory), waste of time. The lunch at the jade factory was good. Would recommend this tour...
The tour guide is very good in english. Organization is perfect. Few important pointer: There is an additional RMB 100 for great wall cable car ticket. Just be careful in going to Tea House. Sales people will try to sell you stuff even if you don\'t want to. If you are prepared not to buy, you will be fine. Definitely, the tour itself is very good for the money you are paying...
The tour was excellently organized. There was no delay anywhere. It went by plan. To walk in the great wall till the top is difficult and time consuming. I would suggest to take the rope car(Cost:RMN 100). In Jade Factory, everything is expensive even the small nice looking jade is very costly so be prepared. In Dr. Tea Centre, the tea what they served was excellent. the porcelain wares there are also very costly. If you are still interested, try to bargain for your satisfaction...

Things started off okay. Informative guide told us about the tombs etc. Then we went onto the jade \"factory\" which is a huge jewelry store and restaurant on the second floor for lunch. Once on our way to the great wall once informative guide seemed now to be very quiet and gave us the bare details about the wall. He was disappointed we went to the site without the cable car which is an extra 100 RMB which I assume he gets commission on. 2 hours of amazing sites and history on the wall itself. Awesome. Bring water as you will need it as well as sensible shoes. \"Tea ceremony\" was another unexpected stop to sell us something on our way back to hotels. Tour is cheap. Bring a helmet wear your seat belt on the bus...
